Payouts are done routinely on the first of the month and are free for miners with balances of at least .001 BTC. Balances are calculated using a PPLNS system where N is determined by the network difficulty, and the hashrate of the pool. N is currently set to 5,000,000. For now our goal is to keep the pool fees as low as possible, currently the standard pool fee is 0.85%, and the solo pool fee is 1.2%, and the withdrawal fee is .0002BTC. If we are able to increase the payout frequency in the future without having to increase the pool fees, then we will do so. The default minimum payout is .001 BTC
