Welcome to Ethereal Alchemy Labs LLC Cryptocurrency Mining Pool. By using our pool services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the pool.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Ethereal Alchemy Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a cryptocurrency mining pool. By connecting your mining hardware to our pool, or logging into, or using features of the website, you accept these Terms. If you are using the pool on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency mining or participation in a mining pool is prohibited by law. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
3. Pool Services & Payments
3.1. Operation
We operate a PPLNS (Pay Per Last N Shares) mining pool. When a block is found, the reward is distributed among miners who contributed shares in the last N shares (currently set to 5 million shares). The pool fee is 0.85% of each block reward, deducted before distribution.
3.2. Payouts
· Minimum Payout: Set by verified accounts, default is 0.001
· Payout Frequency: Automated payouts are processed periodically (currently weekly) for miners who have reached their minimum payout threshold.
· Transaction Fees: The pool pays the Bitcoin network transaction fee for batch payouts. Miners may be subject to a flat withdrawal fee (currently 0.00002 BTC) deducted from each payout, which is retained by the pool, and used to pay the network transaction fees required for payouts to miners.
· Orphan Blocks: In the unlikely event that a block solved by the pool is orphaned (not accepted by the network), no reward will be distributed for that block, and no pool fee will be charged.
3.3. Mining Address
You must use a valid Bitcoin address as your username. This address will be used for all payouts. It is your responsibility to ensure the address is correct; we are not liable for payments sent to an address you provide.
4. User Responsibilities
· You are responsible for the security of your mining hardware and any private keys associated with your payout address.
· You must not use the pool in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.
· You agree to provide accurate information when required (e.g., for verification).
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
· Use the pool for any illegal purpose.
· Interfere with other miners’ use of the pool.
· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the pool infrastructure.
· Use malicious software or attempt to defraud the pool (e.g., by submitting invalid shares).
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE POOL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE POOL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOU WILL FIND ANY BLOCKS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE POOL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO THE POOL IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the pool, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the pool after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the pool shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
